Due to our continued growth, Donley's is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable for assigned markets.

We are adding to our team because of the current and expected future bid volume. This role will be very important as we grow KSE - and will require someone with Fabricators, regional GC/CM relationships, Understanding of market conditions and pricing. This is not a typical "take off" role...the right person has the right mix of Biz Dev, Construction Estimating (primarily IW but all trades), and ability to promote the Kelley Value proposition.

Assembling and installing machines then testing them to make sure they are working correctly. Managing the layout and placement of equipment and machinery in factory settings to ensure minimum downtime. Identifying and repairing problematic parts of a machine by running tests, making temporary repairs, or installing new parts Dismantling and reassembling machines. Set up and operate rigging equipment to lift, move, and position heavy loads. Inspect rigging equipment for safety compliance before use. Collaborate with operators and other personnel to coordinate lifting operations. Aligns levels and anchors machinery. Attaches loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving by using hand and power tools. Works closely with the Foreman and crews to learn the process of moving machinery and items of size and weight.
