The Concrete Contractors Association is comprised of CEA Members who are signatory with the Cement Masons Local 404, International Association of Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons. The CCA is the vehicle through which CEA formulates and communicates Employer policy with respect to the employment of cement finishers, such as grievances, jurisdiction, workforce supply, and fringe benefits.
CEA has housed the local Associated General Contractors (AGC) division since 1977, when the AGC of Ohio, Cleveland Division joined the Association to unify contractors’ collective voice. AGC Cleveland Members play a vital role in CEA, leading the industry as the contractors with the closest contact with customers of contractors’ services.
The Carpenter Contractors Association is comprised of CEA Members who are signatory with the Indiana / Kentucky / Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters, United Brotherhood of Carpenters (IKORCC / UBC).
